optimalhealthsupplies.com ensures the most convenient shipping methods as part of its customer-oriented policy. All packages delivered within the US borders will reach their destination within 3-5 business days, an estimated time that does not include the processing stage, which normally takes up to 48 working hours.

While optimalhealthsupplies.com provides international shipping, we reserve the right to restrict this delivery option for certain products. If you have an international shipping request, we kindly ask you to contact us by calling our customer toll free number, or by e-mail at support@optimalhealthsupplies.com Our customer support department will shortly provide all further details related to shipping methods, costs and expected delivery time for your country. Please note that additional rates may be expected for certain regions.

If your order consists of a wider range of products, we may deliver them in separate packages, according to the stock and product availability of our suppliers. 

We take a 48-hour time to process your order, verify stock availability and confirm the shipment. The parcel is warrantied to reach your address within 5-7 business days (when packages are delivered within the US borders).

Please note that customers are responsible for checking if additional taxes may apply to their order, depending on their geographical location or additional customs fees.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping and handling returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

Cancelled Orders

It is your default right to Cancel/Return your order, for any and all reasons. Also, it is OK to change your mind regarding your desired products. Whether you want to replace your items, or you simply do not want the products you ordered anymore, please contact Customer Support via the toll free number +1-888-500-2902, or drop us an e-mail at support@optimalhealthsupplies.com with the following Subject Line: “Order Cancel”. Please kindly note that any Order Cancel Inquiry has to be made within the first 2 days of payment.

Returns

Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason. When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items you have two available options:

  • You may exchange it for something else

  • You may ask for a refund to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE 

We are unable to accept returns for international orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Due to the nature of Essential Oils, Massage oils, Natural Perfumes, etc. we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. All sales of oils and medicinal blends are final.

Any order is eligible for a full refund within the first 10 days after having received the package. Please contact our Customer Support, in order to receive complete instructions on how to return the order. Also, please note that the following conditions are imposed, in order for you to be eligible for a full refund:

  • Products must be returned in their original package;

  • The original package for any product must not be deteriorated in any way;

You must ship the product according to the instructions received from our Customer Support. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse, or arrive in a damaged condition. A full refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned products.
