REFUND POLICY
Under no circumstances does Shopxpress Inc. infringe the customer’s right to benefit from a fair and lawful commercial exchange, within the extents of applicable law. Please note our company is registered in Quebec, Canada, so any legal disputes will be resolved according to the laws applicable there.
On these grounds, Shopxpress Inc. will grant, in its absolute discretion, refund for items which have been purchased from our platform, whenever a refund request is issued within 15 business days after acquisition.
Please note that exceeding the afore-mentioned lapse of time will result in the cancellation of your refund rights. Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with our products and platform once the order has been completed, please contact us immediately.
If a package is returned as a consequence of flawed merchandise, we will provide a full refund only after the items and the parcel have been returned and inspected by our team.
If a refund request is issued as a result of your own dissatisfaction with the product, we will grant a refund solely for the cost of the item purchased. No delivery costs will be refunded.
Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason. When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items you have three available options:
- You may exchange it for something else
- You may ask for a refund to your credit card.
PLEASE NOTE We are unable to accept returns for international orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Due to the nature of Essential Oils, Massage oils, Natural Perfumes, etc. we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. All sales of oils and medicinal blends are final.
All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Shopxpress Inc. is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Shopxpress Inc..
Refunds are issued within 10 business days, once the products have been successfully received by us.
