Shirodhara Relaxing Oil

The word shirodhara breaks down into two ideas: ?shiro”, meaning head, and “dhara”, which means flow. Together they form a concept that aims to bring physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving health. SHIRODHARA RELAXATION oil is made in strict accordance to Ayurvedic principles and contains tulsi, brhigiraj, brahmi, cows milk and ghee extracted into Sesame oil. This oil is further blended with bala oil, coconut oil, and a complex of plant extracts including lemongrass, spikenard, vetivert, myrrh and frankincense to help relax and soothe stress.
