Aroma: Rich, lemon—like, heavy
The oil is widely used as an addition to bug repellents, and for its lemony aroma. Medicinal properties include being an antidepressant, anti—fungal, anti—inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant.
Because it?s an anti—oxidant and anti—fungal it has use on athletes foot. It?s antiseptic properties make it useful in disinfectant and soaps. A natural insect repellent, but can also help pain, nervous exhaustion, poor circulation, scabies, stress. It is a good substitute for chemically enhanced bug repellent sold in stores AND it smells a lot better, too.
Note: Although remedial, people with major health ailments like cancer, or epilepsy should avoid use. Non—toxic, non—irritant, possible sensitization in some individuals. Not to be used while pregnant.
