Jasmine has a long history of being a key ingredient in perfumes, including Cleopatra and Louis XVI using this amazing essential oil. Although mainly known as a perfume ingredient, it has also been used for headaches and skin problems.

Known to help aid depression, this ancient oil is useful in relaxing anxiety. An anti—inflammatory, it can help with swelling and inflamed joints. Bronchial spasms, cough, and laryngitis can all be aided with this essential oil when used as a salve and mixed with a carrier oil. Memory stimulation, is also an important property offered.
